Jenny Herrera has been with Haltermann Solutions™ since 2009. She came to Haltermann with 2 years of chemical industry experience as an office manager at a tank services company.
As a Customer Service Representative, Jenny manages the entire order life-cycle for our customers. She and her teammates utilize best customer service practices such as the use of email, phones and web-based customer systems to respond to customer requests, orders and other issues. She also provides price quotations in response to customer requests.
Jenny earned her associates degree in Applied Science in Network Administration from San Jacinto College. In her personal time, Jenny enjoys boating, spending time with her young daughter and cooking for family and friends.

Kimberly Robison has been with Haltermann Solutions™ since 1991. She came to Haltermann with 12 years of accounting experience at an automotive OEM.
As a Customer Service Representative, Kimberly manages the entire order life-cycle for our customers. She and her teammates utilize best customer service practices such as the use of email, phones and web-based customer systems to respond to customer requests, orders and other issues. She also provides price quotations in response to customer requests.
Kimberly attended San Jacinto College where she earned an associates degree in Business. In her personal time, Kimberly enjoys exercising, attending her children’s sporting events and loves to entertain.
